Our client is a rapidly growing wellness-focused SaaS company that provides gym and studio management tools to small and medium-sized fitness businesses across the U.S. Backed by respected investors and with over 100+ active clients, the company is expanding its sales team and looking for high-potential new grads to join as Junior Sales Associates. This is a great entry-level role for someone eager to break into tech sales with full training and mentorship provided.

Role

• Join a fast-paced, collaborative sales team that focuses on prospecting and qualifying leads for Account Executives.

• Report to the Sales Development Manager and work closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

• Participate in daily standups, weekly pipeline reviews, and sales enablement sessions.

• You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to new business opportunities via cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and discovery calls.

• Learn how to use top-tier tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to track and manage sales activity.

• This role will begin as remote-friendly with potential transition into a hybrid role from the San Francisco HQ.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (2024–2025 grads preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Passion for tech, fitness, or SaaS sales

• No prior experience required – just a growth mindset and willingness to learn
